1. How to book a kinky cleaner
You book a cleaner over the phone. The minimum booking is 2 hours, and we require at least two days’ notice.
Call Brendan during our office hours on 0403 075 003 to make your booking. Our office hours are between 10AM to 10PM on Weekdays and 10AM to 5PM on Weekends.
To avoid frustrating time wasters or any confusion, if you have not already made an effort to call us beforehand, all initial text message inquiries will be ignored.
So, please do not text message us; in fact, if you still have any questions at all, then please just call us; you will be less of a hassle that way.
2. How to select a kinky cleaner
To make a booking, you must first call us to start your initial phone consultation.
During the consultation, we’ll give you an honest description of the cleaners we have available in your area; this includes a description of their personality as well as their physical appearance. And you make your selection based on the description given.
Note: For personal safety reasons; we do not send pictures of our cleaners to prospective customers.
That being said, as per our safety policy guidelines, to avoid any embarrassment on behalf of yourself or the cleaner, as well as to ensure our cleaners safety you will be required to send a clear picture of your ID once the initial phone consultation has been completed, and with your permission your ID will be sent to the cleaner to verify you are not someone known to them.
3. How the cleaning works
Arrange the way you want your place to be cleaned directly with your cleaner.
Either someone will contact you from our head office or your cleaner will contact you on a private number to let you know they have arrived.
After they’re inside, you can discuss with them what you would like achieved in the allocated time frame, in what way you want it done, and the products and equipment to be used.
4. How to pay the cleaner
You pay cash on the day of your cleaning service.
Our cleaners are paid cash in hand upfront by the customer on the day of each cleaning service.
For a catch-up clean or one-off service, our preferred method is cash unless the cleaner indicates otherwise.
All of these transactions are paid directly to your cleaner, and if requested, the cleaner will email you a receipt within 24 hours of the day of the cleaning service.

As our cleaners are on a casual basis, and obviously they have their own personal lives to plan out and organise as well, we ask you to give us at least two days’ notice so that gives both us and our cleaners enough time to arrange everything for you. However, if you still would like to try your luck and see if you can make a booking with us any earlier, then please call us, and we will try to arrange the booking for you sooner, but no guarantees. That said, if the booking goes ahead, you will incur an additional $50 short notice fee to compensate for the extra stress and all the mucking around we’ll have to do just to accommodate your needs on such short notice. This fee is non-negotiable.

I’ve never ever been disappointed with the cleaner that’s walked in the door
Well then – I’ve never ever been disappointed with the cleaner that’s walked in the door or the service beyond it. I’ve been using the service for over a year and cleaning the house just does not get better. The three different cleaners I’ve had have all been easy to establish a rapport with and have all had their own unique flavour and combination of kink, cute, filth or fabulousness. None of them did anything less than a stellar job of cleaning the apartment, and none of them did anything less than allow me to do anything whilst they did it. Pro tip? Have the same girl regularly to establish a connection and start the new booking where you left off the last time! I’ve never met a bunch of people so easily able to get into some non-vanilla conversations with no judgement, no clothes and no expectations. And the final tantalising touch is that, in fact, touch is not allowed. So, you have to go old school and use words, imagination and innuendo to have the fun and feast only with your eyes. Truly worth every dollar.

It was our 1st time and the best experience. Good organizational culture and management. Honest and ethical company with good customer service. So much better than my girlfriend and I expected. We were lucky enough to get the creator of the business himself to clean for us, (on short notice too!)
