Travel Time & Location Policy
Our kinky cleaners love to make house calls — but we also respect their time. Here’s how we handle travel:

• If your cleaner is located within a 30-minute radius of your location, there’s no extra charge. We call this our Half-Hour Grace Period.

• If the cleaner needs to travel more than 30 minutes, they’ll let management know how much extra they would like to be compensated for their time and travel before accepting the booking.

• In this case, someone from our head office will send you an obligation-free quote reflecting the travel surcharge. You’ll have the opportunity to review and confirm before locking in your booking.

Customers are required to pay prior to their scheduled cleaning by transferring the full amount to our holding company account: Mugen Enterprise Pty Ltd.

If you wish to extend your booking on the day, the additional payment must be made in advance before the cleaner can continue for any extra time.

Receipts are available upon request. If you’d like a receipt, please text through your email address prior to the service, and one will be emailed to you within 24 hours after the cleaning.

Please refer to the page dedicated to this very question, it’s called “How the Booking Procedure Works.” You’ll find it in the menu bar, and that page will tell you everything you need to know. 

During the consultation, Brendan will give you an honest description of the cleaners we have available in your area; this includes a description of their personality as well as their physical appearance. And you make your selection based on the description given. Note: For personal safety reasons; we do not send pictures of our cleaners to prospective customers.

That being said, as per our safety policy guidelines, to avoid any embarrassment on behalf of yourself or the cleaner, as well as to ensure the safety of our cleaners, you will be required to send a clear picture of your government-issued photo ID once the initial phone consultation has been completed, and with your permission your ID will be sent to the cleaner to verify you are not someone known to them. This is also non-negotiable. No clear photo of your government-issued photo ID, no service from us, end of story. We are not risking the safety of our cleaners for anyone.
And yes, we are a clear and transparent above-board business, so your ID will be kept safe. The only reason we would possibly share your information is if we needed to give it to the authorities, such as an attempt to sexually assault one of our cleaners or worse.
And for the record, for your own peace of mind, all of our cleaners have had to undergo a police check before joining us.

As our cleaners are on a casual basis, and obviously they have their own personal lives to plan out and organise as well, we ask you to give us at least two days’ notice so that gives both us and our cleaners enough time to arrange everything for you. However, if you still would like to try your luck and see if you can make a booking with us any earlier, then please call us, and we will try to arrange the booking for you sooner, but no guarantees. That said, if the booking goes ahead, you will incur an additional $50 short notice fee to compensate for the extra stress and all the mucking around we’ll have to do just to accommodate your needs on such short notice. The fee is non-negotiable.

No. It’s against our policy to share the personal details of our cleaners. All cleaners are recruited through us on our online platform and it is against our policy for them to be hired directly by clients for safety reasons. If such arrangements are being made without our knowledge, then we cannot guarantee the quality of the services the cleaner would be providing, the confidentiality of the service, and the safety of both our cleaners and clients. In the case that a cleaner is hired outside of the Kinky Cleaners agency, we will not take any liability or responsibility for leaked information, quality of the service and your security.

We have a clear safety policy, just as the safety of our customers is very important to us, so too is the safety of our cleaners. Thus, we require all of our cleaners to provide a police check on their part before joining us, to ensure we are not sending you any known offenders.

And in the unlikely event that your cleaner has to cancel your appointment, we will contact you in order to reschedule your booking for another day and time that is best suited for you.

We understand that plans can change — life happens. However, because all bookings are now paid in advance, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee, and 50% of your pre-paid amount will be refunded.
• If a cleaner has already left and the booking is cancelled at the last minute, then you will lose the full amount, as the full booking fee is non-refundable.

These policies are in place to cover operational costs and ensure fair compensation for our cleaners, whose time could have been allocated to another client.

Failure to provide proper notice may also result in losing the privilege of using our services until any outstanding issues are resolved.
