In 2019, with a mindset of trying to start a fun new business that’s fresh and entertaining, as well as one that would provide work and help people in their day-to-day lives, Brendan Hadley, creator and founder of Evolution Institution and CEO of Mugen Enterprise PTY LTD began a domestic cleaning business, Kinky Cleaners.
The Story Of How Kinky Cleaners Began.
Hi there, I’m Brendan Hadley.
Well, to start with, in order for this story to fully make sense, I guess I better tell you a little about myself; I’m an internationally qualified clinical sexologist and sex coach and semi-retired pro-Dom, published author, among other things.
Additionally, I even also used to work as the head guest relations manager at one of Australia’s finest swinger/fetish clubs. While working at some events there, occasionally, I would notice some attendees leaving an event earlier than expected, so I would take it upon myself to find out why that might be. In some of these cases, it turned out that they were leaving because they wanted to go home and do a pre-cleaner clean (mainly to hide their sex toys and fetish gear and equipment) as they didn’t want to be judged by someone from a more vanilla lifestyle.
After this happened a few times, I thought to myself, “Why not hire cleaners strictly from the kink community?” I then thought of the name Kinky Cleaners, and immediately after I got home, I checked to see if the business name was available, and wouldn’t you know it, it was! So I took care of all the registrations and legal formalities, then straight after that, I began working on a logo design concept, and before I knew it, we were running!
Over time, on top of utilising my knowledge of BDSM, I also combined my knowledge about running a business, Australian law, domestic and industrial cleaning services, and playfully entertaining people through non-scripted character role-play. This was mostly gained from my experiences working at places and Industries such as the Australian Federal Police and the cleaning industry at large, as well as my time working and performing at Dracula’s Theatre restaurant on the Gold Coast.
By systematically combining all this together, along with our amazing kinky cleaners, it has all blended together nicely to create a fantastic cleaning service, leading to excellent customer satisfaction! I couldn’t have done this without the support of all our amazing kinky cleaners and the community at large.
